The Tschögglberg holiday region aims to monitor and present its ecological impact transparently and, whereever possible, reduce it. To support the region’s sustainability strategy with reliable data, key environmental indicators have been collected and analyzed. The focus is on water consumption, waste volumes, energy use, and CO₂ emissions – both in relation to the local population and tourism.
The results provide valuable insights for development and resource management in the region. They serve as a basis for monitoring, benchmarking, and optimizing existing measures. Regular updates of this data allows the Tschögglberg destination to further develop its sustainability objectives. Publishing the data represents a further step towards more transparent communication.
