Our farmers on the Tschögglberg are committed to responsible animal husbandry, where animal welfare and product quality take top priority. On small, family-run farms with manageable herd sizes, fresh, high-quality food is produced – with respect for animals, nature, and tradition.

From free-range eggs and tender beef and pork to unique specialties like quail meat – everything comes directly from the region, with short transport routes and full trust in the people behind it.

The animals are raised in a natural and species-appropriate way, often based on practices passed down and refined through generations. This results in products that not only taste excellent, but also feel right – fully aligned with the values of Tschögglberg lokal: sustainable, fair, and transparent.
